Miss Zen ID

Crystal Zen, also known as Miss Zen, is the guidance consoler of Red Ridge High. Any student having trouble academically or emotionally is welcome to come to her for any help or advice they need and she will assist them. She is also the teacher of the arts and drama, having gone to college and getting degrees in both. Miss Zen's personality tends to be calm and kind, finding the positive in every situation and every student, and seeing potential creativity and creation in every object. Think a kind of almost hippy, everything is cool and beautiful go with the flow type. She is rather eccentric, doing and saying things normal ponies may not, because she loves to be fun and different. Because of her kindness and willing to let students express themselves, she tends to be a very well liked teacher. Her weakness is that she isn't very good at disciplining students when the times may call for it though, as she prefers to just try and see things their way and help turn the situation around for the better, though this does not always work well. When she feels this isn't working for her, she will resort to threatening to send the student to Pinefire for not respecting her, which usually works.
