For the strongest woman I know...I truly don't know how you do it, but no matter what life throws at you, you still keep going. I cried for you today, a lot....when I had heard about your loss. Not just for your loss, but for YOU. I will never understand, Asante, why life keeps throwing such awful things your way. Why can't you catch a break? It frustrates me so...that and the fact that I feel so helpless, being so very far away from you and unable to help you. I want so badly to just put you in a glass box and keep you in my room, where nothing else in this world can ever hurt you again.

I will also never understand how you have been through what you have, and are still standing, still fighting, never giving up....I greatly admire your strength. I know I certainly would have given up a long time ago, but you never do.

You are one of the greatest people I know, and I will always love you so very much. You're in my thoughts and prayers.
